Process:

The process is simple. After you contact us, I will talk with you to see who from our group could be the best fit for you. If you agree, you will schedule a meeting with that person (other arrangements are made for out-of-state couples). Once you have decided that you would like us to perform your ceremony, you will complete a contract – signed by both partners – and provide a deposit, which officially reserves your date. The deposit amount will depend on our agreed upon fee.

Either during the initial meeting or at a second meeting, we will thoroughly discuss your ceremony. We will share the basic elements of the wedding ceremony and, based on your wishes and desires, we will make suggestions and provide customized ideas. Once we’ve agreed on the content of the ceremony, we create a formal outline and share it with the other vendors involved in your wedding, such as your ceremony musicians or DJ.

Pricing:

Our fee ranges from $300 – $575, and includes the initial meeting, creating and planning the ceremony, and attending the rehearsal dinner. It does not include travel expenses for events outside of Pittsburgh.

The final fee will depend on the type of wedding you want – some couples want to keep their ceremonies simple while other couples want assistance in designing a unique, diverse ceremony – and the time and travel required to attend your wedding and rehearsal dinner.

Area of Service and Referrals:

We currently serve the greater Pittsburgh area. We welcome requests from couples in other locations, and in those cases, will adjust the fee accordingly. Don’t hesitate to ask. As an executive coach and speaker I travel extensively. You never know, I might be speaking in the city that you want to get married in or one of our associates may want to travel to your destination.

Again, if I am not available or we don’t have a perfect fit, I will refer you to one of my talented associates.
